
Hi Coffee Drinkers!
It’s time to for a change to your mornings. Yep, that means something different then the 2-4 cups of wake up juice that you normally start off with. I know it’s going to be tough (understatement), but in the long run you’ll thank me – just don’t talk to me for the first couple days of trying to kick the habit!
Now let’s clear up a few things really quick… Is coffee bad for you? In moderation no, not at all. But moderation isn’t usually what people drink every morning. What are some of the harms? Well, most people don’t realize that coffee is one of the most heavily sprayed crops. This means it’s heavily contaminated with pesticides, fertilizers and herbicides. Combine that with the amount people drink, and there could be problems.
So what should we do?
Now everyone thinks that no coffee means you replace it with other caffeine. We’ll that’s a place to start, but there’s really more to it then that. Everyone is going to find something that works, but it may not be the same for everyone. For some it’s a switch to a coffee substitute, for others, it might be a switch to organic coffee.
