The history of caffeine use started back in the early Stone Age period. This substance is known to be used from the ninth century on. By the 17th century it became one among the most popular around the world. From our history, we can see that the caffeine addiction is not something new to us. The amount of coffee consumed per year is around 120,000 tons . Today coffee is more popular than ever and it’s the same with caffeine addiction too. It has adverse effects such as mood swings, headaches and it can also result in altered behavior. Overcoming this is not a simple process. You need to drink plenty of water and eat healthy food, drink tea to you reduce the intake of coffee.

There are beverages that can be used as an alternative to coffee but it is really impossible to replace a good cup of coffee. The advantage of having tea is that it serves as a good alternative to coffee, and the amount of caffeine in tea cannot be absorbed by the body, That’s the reason it has a long lasting mood-lifting effect.

Teeccino is an “herbal coffee” which is considered as the best coffee alternative and it plays an effective role in replacing coffee for those addicted to caffeine. Rooibos is another coffee alternative which is very rich in antioxidants and considered as caffeine free. Dandy Blend is an herbal coffee which is made using, sugar beet and dandelion which are known for their detoxifying properties and it also contains a rich blend of minerals that provide extra energy and this is also considered as a suitable coffee alternative
